Labor Day Holiday Reminders

Please remember the following for this Labor Day Weekend. Please instruct any guests on Uintalands rules, not limited to, but including the following.

· Summit County Fire restrictions changed to Stage 1 effective 8-28-2025

o No open fires except in approved fire pits. Running water must be present. (I.E. a hose must be nearby.

o Grills using pressurized gas are ok as long as at least 3 feet from flammable material.

o The North Slope Road remains closed.

·  Uintalands Shooting Range remains closed until further notice

·   Fish Pond Rules

o Catch and release only

o Barbless hooks only

o No bait of any kind, including power bait

· Uintalands speed limit is 20mph. Remember that many children will be on the roads and operating 4 wheelers and scooters. Be careful!

· The Work party is this Saturday at 9:00 AM. Please bring chain saws.

· Pot Luck lunch at 1:00 Saturday. Bring your favorite dish to share. Everyone is welcome.

· Have a great time on the busiest weekend of the year at Uintalands!
