Board Meeting Guest Attendance Procedure
For Uintalands Members wishing to address the Board virtually or in-person
The Uintalands Association Board (Board) holds regular meetings in person and online as prescribed in the BYLAWS OF THE UINTALANDS ASSOCIATION. Most of the regular Board meetings are accessible on-line for any Association Member. The meetings held in Uintalands in June and August may not be accessible online due to connectivity issues.

A Member who wishes to address the Board at a meeting, either in person or on-line must:

Email a request to any board member at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

The request must contain the following information

Member's full name
-
Lot number
-
A brief description of what the member would like to discuss

Members requesting to address the board will be allotted 3 minutes to speak. The board chair may extend the members' speaking time if they determine that additional discussion is warranted. The board reserves the right to mute or disconnect an online meeting participant.
This procedure has been adopted by the Board March 12, 2025.
