Union Construction Crews completed conduit installation along Uinta Dr. Elk Ln. to Spruce Cir. today. They will continue along Uinta Dr. tomorrow between Spruce Cir. to around Bear Ln. Uinta Dr. will be closed to through traffic from Spruce to Aspen Cir. tomorrow.
